SmallRig makes the lights creators actually buy, and these two sit at opposite ends of the same idea. The RC 10C is a 10W RGB wand with its own battery you toss in a sling bag; the RC 60C is a 60W panel meant to live on a stand. Same brand, three times the price, completely different job.
